Employee Communication Specialist Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: MEX-Juarez-Plant #2 Description Drive effective internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and a sense of belonging. Ensure clear, timely, and impactful communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Editing: Draft, edit, review, and oversee the publication of internal communication documents and programs that support the organization, including intranet content, flyers, emails/memos, webcasts, and speeches. Ensure all communications are accurate, clear, and appropriate before dissemination. Campaign Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for communication campaigns requested by various departments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment. Support and follow up on employee engagement surveys and recognition campaigns. Maintain updated employee databases for communication purposes. Channel Management: Oversee internal communication channels (Bright Sign, Email, Printed Material, etc.) to maximize reach and effectiveness. Graphic & Video Design: Design basic graphic materials for internal communication purposes. Video edition and creation for Articulate Project. Collaborate with other departments to ensure message alignment. Support the implementation of organizational culture initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Organizational Psychology, Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or related areas. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premier, Ai, Canva, PowerPoint). Strong writing and proofreading skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
