Overview Job Title: Sales Development Representative Shift: Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Modality: Remote Responsibilities Conduct warm outreach to existing HOPE clients using CRM tools Initiate cold calls to nearby dog daycare centers and potential B2B partners Manage inbound calls and schedule rides via Ginger, Outlook, and Calendly Track lead conversion and follow-up using Salesforce or similar CRM Handle voicemail drops and respond to callbacks Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ride bookings Collaborate with founders to refine outreach strategy and client engagement Support promotional campaigns and upsell ride packages Qualifications 1–2 years of sales or customer outreach experience preferred but not a must Passion for dogs and comfort discussing pet-related services Ability to work independently and adapt to a startup environment Familiarity with U.S. cultural and business norms (Southern California focus) Hard Skills CRM proficiency (Ginger, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Calendar and scheduling tools (Outlook, Calendly) Call tracking and lead management Basic Excel and data handling Voicemail drop systems (preferred but not required) Soft Skills Charismatic and persuasive communicator Highly organized and self-motivated Resilient and adaptable to feedback Passionate about dogs and empathetic toward pet owners Proactive in identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
