Responsibilities Assists customers in navigating the company’s website, as well as creating or modifying custom designs. Prepares quotes for each client. Serves as a point of contact between clients and different departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Follows up with clients and ensures that the sales and customer service departments meet their needs. Ensures the quality and effectiveness of their work, immediately notifying the Service Process Supervisor and/or Operations Manager of any issues identified so that appropriate support can be provided. Supports the follow-up and investigation of customer complaints and inquiries. Maintains effective communication with various departments. Provides support and training to colleagues to ensure the optimal performance of their duties. Ensures compliance with work instructions and standard operating procedures. Provides technical support to clients for placing orders through the online portal, via phone, email, or chat. Qualifications High school diploma or completed degree. Computer proficiency and strong typing skills. Advanced English proficiency. Experience with CRM systems. Strong problem‑solving skills. Teamwork skills. +2 years of experience in customer service.
