In addition to On Location’s role as the Official Hospitality Provider for the FIFA World Cup™, On Location is also partnering with the Mexico City Stadium to provide hospitality services to Palco and Platea ticket holders. Responsibilities Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for Palco and Platea Hospitality. Manage vendors providing services such as host/hostess, access control/security, catering, furniture, florals, entertainment, cleaning, waste management, gifting, wristbands, uniforms, and other design elements. Produce indoor environmental design elements and oversee menu development and catering service levels. Train and manage contracted staff for catering, host/hostess, and access control/security. Develop operational documentation for each match and hospitality space. Build a system for credentialing guests to hospitality spaces. Provide customer support for hospitality customers. Participate in the On Location management team to advise on product inclusions, guest experience details, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong venue management experience in arenas or stadiums, project management and hospitality management skills, and excellent attention to detail. Strong preference will be given to candidates with existing relationships with the venue. Analytical skills and consistent communication with senior leadership are paramount for success. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead the project management efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Establish and nurture relationships with venue owners, operators, and event contractors. Build and manage a small, effective team to deliver hospitality outcomes. Assist with planning site visits and coordinating venue‑related meetings for internal and external stakeholders. Support coordination, scheduling, and materials preparation for cross‑functional venue operational planning. Monitor key dates, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely progress and adherence to timelines. Assist with budget development, tracking, and analysis in line with financial objectives. Support the preparation and delivery of internal reporting and status tracking across various venue‑related workstreams. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports, venue, or event management, working on major events, venue operations or event production. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing events of varying sizes and complexities. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues efficiently. Excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple large‑scale tasks and priorities simultaneously. Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Working knowledge of Smartsheet preferred. Strong team‑building and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
