DE C.V.**Profession (Job Category):**Quality Management**Job Schedule:**Full time**Remote:**No**Job Description:****iThe Opportunity**Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not related to manufacturing), including: Applying process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. Planning, implementing, quality assurance, and compliance processes. Some organizations may include supporting the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. Includes Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen practitioners working in a non-manufacturing environment.**How you´ll make an impact*** Represents the company regarding all matters of quality.* Manages and updates the Company Management Manual.* Co-ordinates the definition and distribution of Company Procedures.* Plans and supervises Quality System Audits and evaluates any necessary corrective actions.* Provides necessary assistance and technical expertise to other Company Units and projects regarding quality matters. f) Evaluates the Quality Systems of suppliers and subcontractors during the pre-qualification phase.* Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines**Your Background*** Experience in a QA Management Role within an Engineering/Manufacturing site or similar industry, or experience in QA in a similar field, and a relevant formal qualification would be preferred* Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,* Membership of relevant professional body – (Chartered Quality Institute)* Certified in quality sistems and related* Must have training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001* Knowledge and experience in an Integral Quality System* Ten (10) years of experience in related functions.* Continuous improvement culture* Growth Globally* Benefits above the regular market* Hybrid## Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
