The corporate research center is based in Europe, complemented by five R&D satellite offices worldwide.## The roleWe are looking for an **Asset Security Engineer** for the site in Querétaro, Mexico.As an Asset Security & Network Enablement Engineer, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining a complete, accurate, and security-relevant asset inventory. In this role, you ensure clear visibility of all in-scope assets and provide targeted support to strengthen and enhance network security capabilities.## ResponsibilitiesThis role covers security asset management across endpoints, servers, network equipment, applications, peripherals, and removable media. It also includes network-related responsibilities with a focus on security enablement and expertise.* Define and manage asset attributes such as owner, business criticality, data sensitivity, environment, and lifecycle state.* Use ServiceNow as the system of record for asset data.* Integrate asset information from Intune / SCCM, Entra ID, Cisco ISE and Catalyst Center, Palo Alto platforms, and vulnerability scanning tools.* Ensure asset coverage for vulnerability scanning and security monitoring.* Support TISAX evidence gathering related to asset management.* Ensure that asset information is accurate, complete, and suitable for security, risk, and audit purposes.## Your profile**Skills*** Strong understanding of IT asset management concepts and best practices.* Proficiency with ServiceNow, particularly CMDB.* Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and SCCM.* Solid knowledge of network security fundamentals.* Familiarity with Cisco ISE and wireless security concepts is preferred.* Relevant certifications are considered a strong asset.**Experience*** 4+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, security engineering, or IT asset management.* Hands-on experience working in hybrid IT environments, combining on-premises and cloud technologies.* Proven experience collaborating closely with network and endpoint teams to ensure security alignment and effective asset management.* Experience building, maintaining, or improving asset inventories is a strong plus.## What is on offerAn inspiring role in a unique international environment with room for personal and professional growth, a competitive remuneration package, and additional benefits.## Interested?Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to invest in your career?
