Client Success Coach — Real Estate Agent Accountability Partner We are NOT looking for a Customer Support Rep. We're looking for a performance coach—someone who makes real estate agents stop making excuses, start working their leads, and actually close. Someone who reads churn risk before it happens, holds hard conversations with warmth and zero judgment, and operates at a level where results are non‑negotiable. We're a bilingual (Spanish/English) real estate marketing agency partnering with Latino and Hispanic agents across the US. We don't just generate leads— we build performance systems around our clients and guarantee results. We're scaling fast and we need an A‑player to own client success at the highest level. Responsibilities Own the full client relationship from onboarding to renewal Monitor each client's lead pipeline and run weekly accountability calls Identify churn risk before it happens—and intervene Coach agents on follow‑up habits, scripts, and closing behavior Ensure every client is executing their agreed‑upon strategy Escalate delivery gaps internally before they become cancellations Track per‑client performance metrics and report to leadership weekly Qualifications Have coached or held salespeople / real estate agents accountable Can deliver hard feedback with empathy and firmness—no sugarcoating Understand real estate lead generation (or learn fast without hand‑holding) Are fully available and flexible—this role runs beyond 9‑5 when needed Have invested in your own training (coaches, programs, mentors)—required What We’re Not Looking For Want a chill support role with zero pressure Can't hold a hard accountability conversation Are not available full time Benefits & Compensation Competitive base + performance bonuses.
