About the Role As Senior Analyst, you will quantify and measure the success of our marketing and advertising executions, delivering actionable insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at MFG. You will partner with Analytics and cross‑discipline team members in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, helping to create continuity between the various teams. Responsibilities Collect, clean, analyse and validate marketing data. Communicate advertising campaign insights and share best practices internally. Research best practices from other domains to tailor insights and recommendations for actionability. Support the wider Analytics team in implementing measurement tools. Transform data into visually appealing presentations. Proactively identify and resolve program and project issues and elevate as needed. Stay up to date on evolving product offerings and their impact on analytics. Occasional vendor and client communication may be required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a top‑tier college, or equivalent in Analytics, Technology, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; 3.0 GPA or above. English proficiency at least at C1 level. At least 2 years of experience in a marketing analytics‑based role. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (bonus: Google Workspace). Experience measuring both Brand and Direct Response marketing campaigns. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Highly organized and efficient under pressure. Affinity for numbers and a passion for using data to solve problems. Experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) is a plus. Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python is a plus.
