Responsibilities Contribute and lead the design, development, and implementation of the company’s sales strategy in Utility in Central America and Caribbean Identify and develop new Utility Key Accounts, including negotiation, closing and follow-up of sales contracts Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery, payment collection and post‑sales support for all the Utility Key Accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments Measure, monitor, forecast, report and manage sales performance Coordinate the appropriate pre‑sales, professional services, and support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients Drive revenue, profit, and client satisfaction for Central America and Caribbean utility customers Ensure effective reporting of all regional commercial activities in utility to the Regional Sales Director on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis Identify, establish, and manage multi‑tiered relationships across customers and company’s organization to ensure a long‑term business partnership Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customer benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements Assume total sales responsibilities for the utility market in the Central America and Caribbean region, being able to meet the priority defined goals within the approved budget Implement a customer‑oriented philosophy within the team, including strong customer service, always defending the company’s interests Cooperate with the Marketing department regarding the design and implementation of the marketing plan for its region Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Economics preferred. 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales support or pre‑sales roles in renewables, EPC or related industries. Excellent analytical skills and mastery of Excel / PowerPoint for business cases and pricing models. Highly organized, capable of coordinating multiple tenders in parallel. Strong teamwork mindset and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
