Responsibilities Ensure all country customer fulfillment operations are following HSSE policies and Quality Standards. Drive safety agenda and strengthen safety leadership culture within the team and contractors. Lead the customer fulfillment process and service delivery through close collaboration with supply sources, GBS, logistics, and other areas in the value chain. These include order fulfillment preparation and planning, follow-ups with/to manufacturing sites, freight forwarding, warehousing, and HSSE compliance. Execute strategies and tactics to mitigate non‑controllable external BP factors such as international price and forex impacts, local political situations, and economics. Adapt processes unique to international customers as needed. Lead monthly SLA reviews which include key operational performance tracking, project tracking and assurance across deliverables in HSSE, Quality, Service and Cost. Ensure operation and export compliance. Manage the D2D Logistics Analyst activities and provide solutions to customer requests related to supply chain and customer fulfillment. Manage and support project road map and budgets for supply chain with respect to supply chain costs and inventory levels/targets agreed for the year. Work closely with the Operating Units to meet all customer service requirements at minimum cost and lowest possible working capital. Accountable for the development and operations along the value chain in conjunction with Sales & Marketing to minimize returns and build/maintain a key source of competitive advantage. Develop the right process and continuous efforts to support country end‑to‑end value chain. Work with network operations to show and implement best sourcing. Manage the internal process execution related to new products and/or geographic extension (streamline, Fusion, etc.). Job Requirements Five years of service/supply management experience. Lubricants product knowledge is an added advantage, along with a good working understanding of best practices in supply chain management, procurement, operations, planning, inventory control, systems, safety, warehousing, and distribution. Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills; experience in leading projects that drive continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lubricants, CPG, or chemical industry, with functional supply chain skills and capability. Bilingual – English and Spanish. Proficient on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is desirable.
