5G Engineer at BairesDev What You’ll Do Design and implement 5G NR and LTE radio access network (RAN) solutions to meet coverage and capacity requirements. Manage and optimize core network functions to ensure seamless end‑to‑end connectivity and service delivery. Ensure all deployments and configurations adhere to 3GPP standard implementations and industry best practices. Perform network troubleshooting and performance tuning to maintain high reliability and low latency across the 5G ecosystem. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new telecom features and services into the existing infrastructure. What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Telecom Engineering, Network Engineering, or Wireless Communications. Proven expertise in developing or operating 5G network infrastructure and radio access networks (RAN). Deep understanding of 5G NR, LTE technologies, and 3GPP standard implementations.
