Job Overview Sales Support Associate – Entry Level Location: Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office) Time Type: Full time Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts primarily in indirect sales. Serve as the liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, vendor resources, and customers. Demonstrate a proactive and urgent approach on behalf of customers, anticipating requirements and communicating in a timely manner. Process routine or smaller customer orders accurately and timely, reviewing POs for accuracy, freight terms, transportation, pricing, technical specifications, part numbers and other unique requirements; resolve discrepancies; enter orders into the ERP system; monitor backlog reports to balance cost, delivery expectations, and vendor availability. Meet customer service agreements established in the SOW; respond promptly and professionally to customer requests for order information, RMA confirmations/invoices, credit status, expediting, or shipping requirements; document all requests in the Oracle ERP system; accept or reject based on guidelines. Maintain control of the open backlog of orders, service requests, and RMAs from entry through billing; review open orders and SRs/RMAs to verify vendor shipment, entitlement, and billing; research and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies caused by price, quantity, goods/services receipts, freight, and tax code issues. Manage customer quote activities in line with customer‑specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in customer/sales support or equivalent work experience. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Proficient in English. Experience with ERP/CRM systems desirable.
