Senior Cloud & AI Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) Industry: Telecommunications / Cloud / ICT Location: Mexico Language Requirement: Advanced English Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Cloud & AI Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise solution design. This role is highly customer-facing and will play a key role supporting pre-sales activities, technical solution positioning, architecture workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise and telecommunications customers. The ideal candidate must have real hands-on experience designing, validating, or implementing cloud solutions, beyond functional consulting or coordination activities. We are seeking candidates with strong technical depth combined with the ability to engage with enterprise customers, understand business needs, and position competitive Cloud & AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design Cloud & AI solutions aligned with customer technical and business requirements. Support pre-sales activities and technical solution positioning for enterprise and telecom customers. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations. Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical validations, and cloud demonstrations. Design hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native architectures considering scalability, resiliency, and security. Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to build competitive technical proposals. Participate in RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and solution strategy discussions. Analyze customer environments and identify opportunities for cloud adoption and digital transformation. Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals. Support technical marketing activities and customer enablement sessions. Required Technical Experience 5+ years of experience as Cloud Solution Architect, Solution Architect, or similar roles. Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native architectures. Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS. Experience with technologies such as Containers / Docker, APIs & Integrations, Networking, Storage, Security. Experience with: Cloud migrations, Infrastructure modernization, Hybrid cloud environments, Technical POCs. Experience interacting directly with enterprise customers and business stakeholders. Preferred Experience Telecommunications industry experience. Experience working with telecom operators, ICT vendors, system integrators, or cloud providers. Exposure to AI / GenAI solutions, copilots, chatbots, intelligent automation, or AI integrations. Experience in customer-facing technical consulting or pre-sales environments.
