Content strategy and site architecture are already defined. They need a designer to execute – not concept, not strategize. Execute. Responsibilities Design a full multi-page marketing site from homepage through interior pages using provided brand guidelines, copy, and site architecture – no creative concepting required Design every page mobile-first, then expand layouts through tablet and desktop breakpoints using Elementor's native breakpoint system – designs must map directly to how Elementor renders, not fight it Translate page outlines and content briefs into conversion-ready layouts with deliberate hierarchy, whitespace control, and CTA placement that guides the user toward a single action per page Establish and maintain a scalable component library in Figma – buttons, cards, nav states, form fields, section patterns – built for reuse across all page templates, not recreated page by page Design repeatable page templates for high-volume content categories including role pages, service pages, and landing pages – the system matters more than any single page Produce developer-ready Figma handoff files – fully annotated, breakpoints labeled, spacing and typography specs explicit, requiring zero clarification from the WordPress/Elementor developer Conduct a UX review of the existing site architecture before design begins – identify navigation gaps, conversion dead ends, and structural issues before they get handed to a developer Collaborate asynchronously with the copywriter and SEO lead to ensure layout decisions support both content flow and on-page ranking structure Manage one structured revision round per page based on consolidated internal feedback – revisions are batched, not drip-fed Requirements (Must-Have) 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a verifiable portfolio of marketing or B2B websites – product and app-only portfolios will not be considered Proven track record working on marketing or B2B website projects Experience working in remote or distributed teams Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and user behavior Nice-to-Have Experience designing programmatic SEO page templates at scale Prior work on B2B service or professional services websites Basic familiarity with Elementor Pro widgets and section structures – enough to know what's easy to design for vs. what creates dev headaches Technical Skills (Required) Demonstrated experience designing specifically for WordPress/Elementor builds – understands the constraints, grid system, and breakpoint logic of the platform; doesn't design things a page builder can't replicate Expert-level Figma proficiency: components, variants, auto-layout, interactive prototypes, and clean developer handoff – files should be ready to hand off, not interpret Proven conversion design instincts – portfolio must show page structure decisions and user flow thinking, not just visual aesthetics Ability to design templated, scalable page systems – not one-off hero sections; the work here is systematic Strong mobile-first design discipline – desktop is the expansion, not the starting point Solid grasp of typography hierarchy, responsive spacing, and above-the-fold layout optimization for lead generation pages Proven ability to work within an established brand system without deviation or unsolicited redesign Self-directed – takes a brief, asks the right questions once, and delivers; does not require hand-holding between milestones Comfortable working asynchronously across a distributed team with clear written communication Tools & Systems Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) Timetracking: Hubstaff Why Join?
