Operations Administrator Location: Chihuahua, Mexico We are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization. This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Manage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office supplies Review vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processing Organize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatherings Maintain and file administrative documents in line with company policies Handle supplier tax documentation for customer-related requirements Support office inspections and generate maintenance reports as needed Assist with front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting spaces Coordinate facility services, including cleaning, restocking, maintenance and repairs Manage warehouse utilities and other general services Help ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards Manage employee‑assigned assets such as laptops and mobile phones Support purchasing, logistics and inventory management as required Generate operational reports as required Provide general support to the accounting and administrative teams Perform other duties as assigned by management Required Skills & Abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Education & Experience Associate’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, accounting or related field required Minimum two years of experience in administration required Minimum two years of experience in inventory management preferred Experience in international operation preferred Experience in manufacturing operation preferred SAP S4 HANA experience preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr
