The Client Service Senior Associate provides advanced product support to clients and prospects, serving as a key resource for complex inquiries. Through extensive experience with MSCI’s Private Assets solutions, this individual applies deep product and investment knowledge while strengthening client relationships and delivering high-quality service. This role focuses on the Private i product, MSCI’s Private Assets investment analytics platform, which equips clients with clear, actionable insights to manage private investments and their liquidity with confidence. The platform unifies and enhances extensive private asset datasets in a centralized environment, enabling efficient access to critical information. Clients can clearly assess the performance of individual funds or entire portfolios, evaluate risk across sectors or regions, and benchmark portfolio performance against one of the industry’s most comprehensive private capital datasets available.
