Job Details Job Title: Real Estate & Customer Experience, Manager Company: Prologis Responsibilities Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move‑in and move‑out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance. Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions. Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value‑added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.). Own and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers. Use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights. Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration. Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure safe and well‑maintained properties through competitively bid agreements. Prepare financial reports to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio. Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies, while respecting work‑life balance. Qualifications 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties. Current Real Estate sales license in the State of Oregon and Washington or ability to obtain one within six months of commencing employment. Demonstrated commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse customers and stakeholders. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and working both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines. Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members. Strong financial reporting background. Preferred Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes.
