This position serves as a critical role within the Sales Team in overseeing projects to ensure they communicate all the details and specific assignments for both internal and external customers. This role will be responsible for planning and scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met throughout the life cycle of the project. Key ResponsibilitiesReview orders packages for accuracy and required detail as it relates to the quotations Coordinate any discrepancies with customers and quotes Support RSM with the COD or POD process. Support RMS with Project coordination calls and deadlines Organize various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication There will be issues/challenges. Problem solving skills are essential. Time Management is key. Monitoring project progress and coordinating with team members/resources to ensure completing tasks/goals within established deadlines. Organization and Document Management. Required to understand technical documents including customer coordination, HPS drawings. Working closely with our customers to provide support and solidify relationships. Leads weekly meetings with Production to ensure SOT and communicate back to customer. Steps into Manager’s role when they are away and handles all responsibilities including managing other team members. Travel to customers with Sales Managers and HPS Manufacturing facilities. Working with customer portals and managing their systems to ensure product gets shipped to correct locations. Generate reports for customer weekly meetings. Regional Manager and Representative Support Support Regional Sales Manager and Representatives as able through all aspects of the project.
