Job Summary The \"Planner scheduler\" located in Guadalajara, south campus, reporting to the Production Planning Manager. Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on time and efficient delivery of final product with zero downtime. Typical Day Create daily production schedules. Oversee that deadlines are met. Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build). Serve as liaison between material account manager and program teams in demand management. Plan efficient process transaction with production personnel to ensure zero downtime. Ensure smooth transaction from manufacturing process to raw materials. Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final product stage. Reporting on key metrics as required. Preparation of specific management and CFT reports. Monitoring system accuracy on daily/weekly basis /General item data, routing, bill of materials, CFT data /Unconsumed demand, planned WOs. WorkOrder tracking. Schedule management and planning. Experience We Are Looking For BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience. Experience as planner scheduler or production control. Intermediate English desirable. Knowledge of BAAN.
