In this role you will: The Business Analyst will provide business analysis support for initiatives across Enterprise Change Office (ECO) and Investment Operations (IO), partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role focuses on business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution shaping, supporting initiatives that enable operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, and business outcomes within the Asset Management domain. Key Responsibilities • Provide business analysis services to support business led and technology enabled initiatives across ECO and IO, on a Time & Materials basis, as requested by Capital. • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. • Analyze current state business processes, identify gaps, pain points, and risks, and support definition of the future state operating model. • Document process flows, workflows, use cases, and functional scenarios to clearly articulate business needs and impacts. • Support solution definition through functional inputs, clarifications, dependency identification, and impact analysis. • Facilitate requirements reviews, validations, and business sign offs, ensuring alignment and traceability. • Provide ongoing business analysis support throughout the initiative lifecycle, including change requests and impact assessments. Required Skills & Experience (Business Focused) • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Process Analyst supporting business driven initiatives (not limited to system implementations). • Domain experience in Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services, with understanding of investment operations, front to back workflows, or enterprise capabilities. • Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems, and translate business needs into clear requirements. • Strong consulting mindset, including analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating in complex environments. • Experience in business process modeling, gap analysis, and impact assessment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation of workshops and stakeholder discussions. • Familiarity with technology enabled transformation initiatives (data platforms, workflow tools, reporting, automation), without being a hands on technologist. Nice to Have • Prior experience working with Asset Managers, Investment Firms, or Capital Markets organizations. • Exposure to regulatory, risk, compliance, or operational transformation initiatives. • Background in management consulting or internal transformation / strategy teams.
