The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across a wide range of corporate, commercial, labor, and compliance matters. This position will play a key role in mitigating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business operations through effective legal guidance. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory matters. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Support labor relations matters, including employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance. Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when necessary. Conduct legal risk assessments and provide recommendations to management. Support corporate governance activities and maintain legal documentation. Assist in resolving legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters. Monitor legal and regulatory changes that may impact company operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects. Education Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB). Valid professional license to practice law in Mexico. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate, labor, commercial, or compliance law. Experience handling contracts, negotiations, and legal documentation. Previous experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multinational companies is preferred. Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of Mexican labor, corporate, and commercial law. Experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
