What you'll do: As a Cloud ERP Finance Solution Customer Success Manager Expert (S‑CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor to IT and Finance executives, ensuring customers realize measurable business value from SAP ERP solutions. You will drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion across ERP‑related use cases while aligning outcomes with customer strategic priorities. You will partner closely with CIO and CFO organizations to support transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, accelerate time‑to‑value, and drive for innovation. This role will specifically focus on the ERP Adoption cycle, ensuring the fastest time to value possible. Build and maintain strong executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, C‑suite leaders, and their reports that drive transformation and innovation in their organization Act as a trusted advisor on best practices, digital transformation, and SAP ERP capabilities Drive adoption and consumption of SAP Cloud ERP Finance solution Identify risks to renewal, adoption, or value realization and define mitigation plans Lead renewal strategy and support commercial discussions to minimize churn Identify expansion and upsell opportunities aligned to roadmaps and business outcomes Support account teams with value‑based storytelling and ERP‑focused use cases Manage critical situations and de‑escalate executive‑level concerns when required Aligning customer success plans with SAP’s Customer Value Journey framework Ensure governance cadence through QBRs, value reviews, and executive alignment sessions What you bring: Strong understanding of ERP and Finance business processes 10+ years of ERP implementation experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA OnPremise, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and/or S/4HANA Public Cloud 3+ years IT integration experience 5+ years Program management experience Experience working with enterprise stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Finance VP, VP IT) Proven ability to translate complex ERP, Finance and Technology topics into executive‑level value discussions Experience with cloud‑based ERP solutions and enterprise ERP environments Strong knowledge of SaaS operating models, subscription lifecycles, and value realization Meet your team: You will work closely with SAP ERP leadership, account teams, industry teams, and solution management organization. You will also coordinate internal SAP and partner resources to ensure value delivery.
