Job Description Join our team as Leisure Sales Manager at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing. The Leisure Sales Manager (On Property) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, and individual leisure clients. This role focuses on maximizing the resort’s revenue and occupancy by implementing strategic sales initiatives targeted at the luxury leisure segment, while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and positioning. Develop and execute sales strategies for the leisure segment, both domestic and international. Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with travel agencies, luxury tour operators, and consortia. Coordinate and host leisure site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the resort in conjunction with the Associate Director of Leisure in the US. Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to increase market visibility. Negotiate contracts, rates, and special offers in alignment with revenue management strategies. Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, PR & Marketing teams to ensure cohesive promotions and brand alignment. Develop working relationships with the GSO Leisure Sales Team to solicit business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and client behavior to identify new business opportunities. Maintain an updated client database and develop cross‑selling and loyalty initiatives. Provide personalized attention to VIP leisure guests, coordinating with the Front Office and Concierge teams. Achieve and exceed revenue, ADR and production goals for the leisure segment. Responsible for Mexican, LATAM and European markets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leisure sales within the luxury resort or hospitality industry. Strong network within the luxury travel market, including agencies, operators, and consortia. Proficiency in GDS, CRM systems, and distribution platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and follow‑up abilities. Fluent in English (a second language is an asset).
