Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the vehicle delivery process to customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience aligned with Chirey México standards. This role ensures the accurate handling of customer warranties, claims, and documentation, while also maintaining robust IT infrastructure and warranty budget control to support both customer and dealer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the vehicle delivery process to ensure a positive customer experience. Ensure accurate processing of customer debit notes related to Chirey México products. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of customer documentation when acquiring a vehicle. Guarantee all warranty requirements are met and clearly communicated to customers. Handle and track recurring customer claims efficiently. Conduct contract reviews and lead contract negotiations when required. Ensure management is kept informed of upcoming or critical warranty claims. Secure and maintain the necessary IT systems to manage the warranty system and budget effectively, ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and dealers.
