A Snapshot of Your Day As Commercial Project Management Head for Hispanic Latam, you will lead the commercial and financial governance of the Wind Power Onshore project portfolio. Your day will involve partnering closely with Project Management and Operations leaders, steering financial strategy, and ensuring robust project controlling across the full lifecycle. You will guide a team of experienced finance professionals, analyze project performance, manage financial risks, and provide transparent reporting to senior management to support informed decision-making. How You’ll Make An Impact Lead and oversee all commercial and financial activities for the Hispanic Latam Wind Power Onshore project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as a strategic business partner to Project Management and Operations, providing financial guidance and commercial decision support. Define and implement financial strategies, policies, and governance frameworks for commercial project management. Direct project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the region. Ensure robust internal controls, compliance, and proactive financial risk management throughout project execution. Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced finance professionals, managing performance and capacity allocation. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial controlling, project controlling, or commercial project management in a project-based or industrial environment. Proven people management experience, leading and developing teams of experienced professionals. Strong financial planning, analysis, and decision-support capabilities. Solid understanding of project financials, risk management, and internal controls. Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English proficiency. About the Team You will lead a regional Commercial Project Management team supporting the Wind Power Onshore business across Hispanic Latam. The team works closely with Project Managers, Operations, and regional leadership to ensure strong financial performance, risk transparency, and disciplined execution across a diverse and complex project portfolio.
