Help Marketing and Sales areas with prospects request deadlines. Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Developing materials, posts, presentations, articles, graphics, email campaigns, including template design. ZoomInfo statistics reporting. Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events. Handling administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and other emergent activities. Responsibilities Manage databases. Weekly deliverables for Pentafon USA Executive Director. Mailing and prospection activities. Requirements and Skills Education Level: Incomplete or dropout of any degree. Similar experience in the same positions or in the industry: At least 1 year in operations of call center and in administrative areas. English Advanced or level B2. Teamwork. Effective communication. Active listening. Attention to details. Oriented to results. Knowledge Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint). Call Center Indicators. Sales. Use and management of Excel. Marketing experience is a plus.
