General Information Reports to: Manager or Product Owner Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) Job Title: IT Business System Analyst Department: Schneider Digital / E.IT MX & CAM Role Purpose Responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing technology solutions, supporting platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives while acting as a strategic liaison between IT and business units. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements. Translate functional needs into technical specifications. Support configuration, testing, and deployments. Provide Level 2/3 support and ensure SLA compliance. Serve as the strategic link between business units and IT. Understand business priorities, processes and pain points. Translate business needs into IT demand. Identify technological opportunities that drive business value. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields. 2–5 years of experience in similar IT roles. Understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise apps. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
