Responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations into alleged violations of company policies and procedures resulting in clear and defensible conclusions Collect and analyze evidence, including documents, electronic data, and witness statements Leverage subject matter experts and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations Prepare detailed investigation reports, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations for corrective actions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement preventive measures and improve internal controls Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting investigations Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and best practices Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Investigative experience with fraud or white‑collar crime investigations English language proficiency Desired Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and other higher education Professional certifications in investigations or related areas (CFE, CFI) Law enforcement investigative experience Experience in a corporate or regulatory compliance environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Capacity to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment Hybrid work environment Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
