We are seeking a dedicated Partner Success Specialist for one of our top technology accounts in Mexico City. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners' success by leveraging your industry expertise to drive outstanding results and deliver exceptional service. Join us in creating meaningful impacts in the tech industry! You will Manage and nurture end-to-end a larger portfolio of smaller resellers through phone and digital tools. Stay updated with market & industry insights, competitive insights, Data Insights of assigned partners, understand market trends and turn them into actionable business opportunities. Collaborate with partner Sales Professionals and internal teams to handle the entire products catalogue, providing constant feedback to relevant internal and external stakeholders, adding value and making our brand the top choice. Establish strong selling strategy plans to promote sales growth, drive all relevant business unit initiatives. Engage in transactional & relationship selling to achieve quota. Provide accurate forecasts to management based on partner performance, engage with partners to manage & maintain an accurate sales pipeline, increase win-rate on partner-led opportunities, and ensure business growth. Navigate and resolve problems and provide timely response and resolution of partner queries. Identify potential ‘show-stoppers’. Actively develop strategic relationships with key partners. Conduct business reviews with key resellers, to achieve quarterly Quotas. Proactively reach out & promote company offerings, leveraging a deep understanding of our service catalogue, drive up-/cross-sell where appropriate, grow key business areas within partner district. You have 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales, consultative sales in a target driven environment or account management (ideally within a tech and/or SaaS PaaS organizations). Fluency language requirements (C1 - Advanced) in Spanish and English. Highschool diploma, minimum. Salesforce, HubSpot experience or similar CRM tools. Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer financial investment over time. Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paces start-up environment. Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and virtual meetings. Proven ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency. Willingness to commute to our site in Mexico City, nearby WTC. Customer–focused thinking approach to account management. Proficient data literacy and utilization of insights to develop business initiatives. Formulate objectives & priorities with partner for Business Planning creation. Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to streamline and support the sales process. Leverages in-depth partner knowledge to develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies. Skilled in leveraging performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness and guide business development strategies.
