## Investments ManagerApplyremote type: Hybridlocations: Monterreytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id: R-1669**We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.**# **Investments Manager****Responsibilities:*** Support all financial modeling & analytical activities related to company acquisitions and new building developments.* Support development of financial and analytical models for underwriting of investments that include all required metrics and considerations to assist with decision making for business investments.* Analyze complex financial data sets and trends, and be able to interpret, simplify and present meaningful information to different partners within the organization* Support preparation of new building development business cases (with cross-functional team) by leading the modeling, including potential capital investment, launch costs, revenue, expenses, EBITDA, tax, interest, cash flows and other financial projections.* Support the modeling for all company acquisitions including review of target historical financial information, developing financial projections, P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Working Capital analysis, recurring capex calculations.* Working with internal and external partners, supporting the gathering of information related to relevant market data, macro-economic indicators such as inflation, GDP growth, interest rates and valuation benchmarking.* Lead coordination of due diligence activities as it relates to company acquisitions* Support development of analytical & modeling tools to improve the quality of solutions and investment underwriting, as well as evaluating post-investment performance.* Support preparation of investment materials for ECLA’s Executive team, Board of Directors and current/ potential investors.* Lead or support other special projects as required.**Qualifications/Additional Skills:*** Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, business or equivalent discipline.* 3+ years’ experience within a financial modeling or analytical role, preferably in the logistics and supply chain sector.* Prior experience with M&A projects is required, participating in the process from start to finish.* Private equity / Investment Banking experience an advantage (US or LatAm)* Advanced MS Excel skills.* Excellent communicator, problem solver, and able to present effectively across all levels of the organization.* Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, leadership, time and task management, the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.* Fluency in Spanish and English required, with Portuguese also preferred.* Expected travel up to 10%**Specific Activities****M&A**Lead financial underwriting model for acquisitions and support preparation of Investment Memos Prepare initial financial analysis to support acquisition valuations including simple financial model and pre-ICP presentation Support preparation of ICPs and IMs for all acquisitions Working with internal and external partners, support the gathering of information related to relevant market data, macro-economic indicators such as inflation, GDP growth, interest rates and valuation benchmarking Ad hoc project requests**Developments (New Builds)**Owner of financial underwriting model for all Development projects & support preparation of ICPs and IMs Support any customer pricing model activities as needed Support of *Cost to Build Analytics* file; partnering with PMOs and technical team to keep file updated with all new projects.
