Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solution development. 4+ years of experience in the transportation industry, specifically with Master Mind from Mastery or OTM from Oracle. Strong knowledge of transportation industry practices using TMS, with functional and technical expertise. Preferred experience with Agile methodology and leading Agile projects. Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications. Preferred experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. Knowledge of industry standards, project management, and solution design techniques. Experience developing prototypes, functional specifications, data mapping, user journeys, flow diagrams, and test cases. Proficiency in system analysis, quality assurance, and creating robust solutions for complex requirements. Ability to lead large application development projects and identify gaps in business processes. Understanding system behaviors, integrations, and data flow.
