We operate a Direct‑to‑Consumer business through Shopify in Mexico and the US. Opportunity We don't need someone to support ecommerce; we need someone who owns it. This role owns Shopify Mexico and US end‑to‑end. You sign the numbers: revenue, CVR, AOV, and CAC. You define the commercial strategy, execute it onsite, optimize conversion, and align paid media priorities with performance. What you will own Shopify Mexico and US as a sales channel Revenue and conversion performance of D2C Pricing, promotions, bundles, and commercial calendar CRO and onsite experience Email and SMS flows and attributed revenue Alignment with performance and content for D2C activations What you will do Shopify execution: Own daily Shopify operations — catalog, pricing, promotions, and sales tracking versus forecast. CRO: Improve conversion by identifying funnel drop‑offs and implementing UX, checkout, and mobile improvements. Paid media alignment: Define D2C priorities that guide paid media execution, aligned with inventory and promotions. Email and SMS: Build and optimize automated flows and execute campaigns to drive repeat purchase and revenue. Requirements 3+ years owning Shopify D2C channels with direct revenue responsibility. Proven experience defining commercial strategies: pricing, promotions, bundles, and conversion mechanics. Strong email marketing experience (Klaviyo preferred) with ownership of flows and revenue contribution. Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, CVR, ROAS) to effectively align with performance. Experience operating D2C across multiple markets (Mexico and US is a plus). Skills Commercial‑first mindset. Strong ownership mentality — you sign D2C results. CU focused: constantly looking to reduce funnel friction and improve conversion. Data‑driven and structured — decisions based on Shopify Analytics and GA, not gut. Ability to coordinate with performance, content, and supply without needing constant approval. Nice to Have Experience scaling email and SMS as a meaningful revenue channel. Hands‑on experience improving UX, checkout, and mobile experience in Shopify. Background working in fast‑paced D2C or eCommerce environments. Ready to own D2C at Birdman?
