Position: Amazon Connect Business Development Specialist - US Enterprise Key job responsibilities Own the GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Connect in US Enterprise, collaborating with Sales, Partners, End Customers, Marketing, and other Specialists. Leverage deep CCaaS expertise to identify key customer problems in the region, driving demand and assisting field teams in solution delivery. Lead cross‑functional initiatives to expand markets and accounts, develop scalable programs for adoption, and uncover new opportunities within the domain. Develop and execute goals to drive long‑term growth in geography while meeting or exceeding revenue and non‑revenue KPIs. Provide customer data and market signals to Worldwide teams to prioritize product development. Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents for the technology domain and geography. Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Specialists, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, and Training, to execute acquisition strategies and programs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements. 5+ years working with Business Application Technologies such as End‑User Compute, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, or Communication Developer Services. 5+ years of Go‑to‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level. Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse business and technical audiences. Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
