About the Role Mirai RiskTech is looking for a Power Platform Developer with solid technical experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to join our technology team. This role will be responsible for optimizing business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The person in this position will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate functional requirements into practical, efficient, and secure solutions. The role requires good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with familiarity with development best practices and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Build and maintain Power Apps applications (canvas and model-driven) Create workflows and automations using Power Automate Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third‑party applications Provide support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions Stay updated on new features and improvements in Microsoft Power Platform Document development processes and configurations Your profile We are looking for a proactive and self‑motivated individual with strong problem‑solving skills and a genuine interest in technology. The ideal candidate is someone who: Brings over five years of programming experience Applies strong software development principles and has hands‑on expertise in developing canvas and model-driven applications using Power Apps Experience designing and implementing workflows and automations using Power Automate, managing data with Dataverse, and creating effective data models and visualizations with Power BI to support business insights and decision‑making Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
