Role Summary and Impact Manage activations across various Retail Media networks, including Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, Walmart, etc. Execute campaign setup (bidding, budgeting) to ensure the client’s overall objectives are met. Ensure ongoing compliance with the guidelines and best practices established by WPPMedia. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports. Troubleshoot technical issues with media campaign publishing. Understand key performance drivers across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Assist with reconciliation and billing in our internal management tools. Identify insights and optimization opportunities using historical data and competitive research. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in managing biddable media, with a strong preference for Retail Media. Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple retail platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, Google, Meta, etc.). A strong drive to understand the retail landscape and the latest trends in media. Basic analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform strategy and optimization. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
