Job Summary The Country Manager, Mexico is responsible for leading and directing all business activities for the Electronics Solutions Division in Mexico, including Sales, Service, Applications, and Logistics. The role has accountability for driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence within the country. The Country Manager, Mexico reports to the Americas Sales Director and works closely with regional and global functional leaders to align local execution with enterprise objectives. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute the country-level sales strategy and geographic coverage plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and quota objectives in Mexico. Partner with Strategic Marketing, Engineering, and global stakeholders to analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity, and adapt products and solutions to local market requirements. Build and manage strategic customer relationships, key accounts, and distributor partners to drive long‑term growth. Oversee sales pipeline management, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction. Logistics & Operations: Provide leadership and oversight of in‑country operations for the division/segment, including the local office, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution channels. Ensure efficient execution of the order‑to‑delivery process so products are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and scalability. Strategic Leadership & Management: Develop and execute annual business plans, operating budgets, and financial targets aligned with division and segment objectives. Own the country-level P&L, ensuring disciplined cost management and sustainable profitability. Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing local team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide regular updates and insights on key performance indicators, financial performance, and market trends to regional and global leadership. Field Service Leadership and Customer Support: Provide direct oversight and leadership of in‑country Field Service employees, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Set service performance expectations, safety standards, and productivity goals for the Field Service team, in alignment with division and global service objectives. Partner with regional and global Service leadership to ensure consistent service processes, technical capability development, and adherence to company policies. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Field Service personnel to build strong technical expertise and customer‑facing professionalism. Monitor service metrics, escalations, and customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement actions to strengthen service quality and reliability. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, business development, and operations, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization. Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex commercial operations in a country or regional role. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Preferred Skills and Abilities Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution. Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively with global and cross‑functional teams. Deep understanding of the Mexican market, customer landscape, and regulatory environment. Excellent financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented leadership style. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Experience working in both direct‑to‑customer sales models as well as indirect distributor models.
