Role Overview The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the retail channel, driving business growth, strengthening strategic relationships with customers, and ensuring profitability and brand positioning in the market. Responsibilities Manage and develop commercial relationships with key accounts and retail chains. Lead commercial negotiations, contracts and pricing agreements. Drive growth in sales, market share and profitability. Develop trading strategies and account plans. Track business performance, KPIs and customer satisfaction. Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations and product teams. Perform analysis of market, competition and industry trends. Develop strategic planning, forecast sell‑in and sell‑out. Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or similar roles. Experience handling key accounts and complex sales cycles. Experience in retail / modern channel / big box retailers. Strong trading and negotiation skills. Advanced English. Bachelor’s degree completed. Background in leading companies in the segment. Negotiation and management of strategic clients. Commercial planning and business vision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
