Your role Participate in cost estimation and should cost for components analyzing material, manufacturing process, labor and machine rates, tooling, and other aspects of the component. Analyze and validate supplier and buyer’s quotations by comparing internal cost models and should cost. Evaluate cost impact of engineering changes. Create and maintain cost tracking reports and graphs for components across multiple vehicle programs. Collaborate cross functionally with engineering and purchasing to ensure cost alignment. Your profile Bachelor in Engineering (preferably Automotive related) Experience in cost/technical engineering OEM or Tier 1 background Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and cost analysis Technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: EXTERIOR - fascia & spoiler BODY IN WHITE LIGHTING AND/OR SEALING-GLAZING-MECHANISM Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Advanced English Communication both spoken and written.
