Responsibilities Support and advance customer implementations of assigned Elekta products according to established procedures. Document and communicate status of implementations, continually seeking ways to improve processes and documentation. Oversee implementations, providing guidance and support to customers to achieve timely, successful device and software deployments and acting as the single point of contact. Lead project management to meet the company’s revenue goals, proactively advancing projects into fiscal year quarters and driving the project timeline while maintaining implementation quality. Identify and communicate preorders within the territory on a weekly basis to the Office Director. Maintain a central documentation database to manage and communicate progress on pending implementations. Analyze upcoming installations in terms of product mix and revenue to help prioritize scheduling. Implement process and documentation modifications to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Review and contribute to product‑specific engineering documentation. Prepare project plans and related materials to advance the implementation process. CLM Management Maintain Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) with individual site details. Customer Proposals Generate or assist in generating proposals that outline ELEKTA’s standard implementation process or propose alternative solutions to meet customer requirements. Update CLM systems with project planning data to allow revenue forecasting. Mentor and train technical knowledge, processes, and best practices on project management and Elekta product requirements to other project managers as required. Take on additional territories or workload as assigned (e.g., LGK, Protons, National Accounts). Additional Responsibilities Administrative duties as required. Support Sales on pre‑sales activities. Handle local purchasing of third‑party items included in the project scope.
