Role Implementation Analyst—responsible for serving as the business/technical subject matter expert for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. Key duties include gathering requirements, authoring BRDs/FRDs, designing solutions, and configuring platforms. Location Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, and Mexico City. Responsibilities Capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions) Duplicate Detection configuration; deposit lifecycle management Business analysis: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, traceability & change management Translate business needs into technical solutions; bridge business & tech teams Stakeholder & cross‑functional management; client escalations; sign‑off accountability Strong written/verbal communication, documentation, training & mentoring (senior levels) Print & Mail: composition & output tooling, file intake & validation, print floor / insertion / printer‑inserter ops Lead client calls, presentations, conflict resolution (senior/lead levels) Languages Spanish (Advanced), English (Intermediate).
