Overview Events Specialist at BairesDev – remote role. You will support the Events Manager with the identification, listing, evaluation, planning, preparation, execution and reporting of events related to the business, both created by BairesDev and events where client-facing teams participate. This role also supports planning and coordination of information collection from events to support future activities. What You’ll Do Identify the most relevant events in which our client-facing teams should participate Evaluate the relevance of each event and propose participation or exclusion Support the management of the yearly events agenda for participation and execution Coordinate the preparation and execution of events we create Support planning and coordination of internal and external event communications Analyze results and prepare evaluation reports for client-facing teams Control event planning and execution expenses according to budget Distribute and consolidate survey forms to collect participant/prospect information Gather information and prepare reports with insights to improve activities Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role Experience in event planning, organization, execution and reporting Strong time management and attention to detail Experience with virtual and in-person events Advanced English level Desirable Experience with B2B events Experience in industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Technology Knowledge of the US events market Experience organizing simultaneous events for different areas What We Offer 100% remote work (from anywhere) Competitive compensation in USD or local currency Hardware and software setup to work from home Flexible hours with your own schedule Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays Innovative, multicultural environment with global Top 1% talent Mentorship, opportunities for promotion, skill development, and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
