Resolve problems with suppliers and customers. Support the corrective action system (internal and external). Offer technical support to manufacturing engineering regarding product quality and design functions. Define quality gauge requirements for processes. Lead QC engineers and technicians. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on capacity studies, gauge R&R, and DOE. Perform activities related to safety.
