Automotive Aftersales Project Specialist About the Role BYD Mexico is looking for an Automotive Aftersales Project Specialist to lead and drive strategic aftersales and automotive service projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, automotive commercial industry experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. IMPORTANT: This position is not related with design, engineering or manufacture activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive key milestones in aftersales and automotive service projects. Develop, monitor, and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including: Service, Spare Parts, Training, marketing and operational areas. Identify risks, operational bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions. Prepare and present project status reports and progress updates to management. Support process optimization and standardization initiatives across aftersales operations. Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal stakeholders and project teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or Related fields Professional English proficiency is required. 3–5 years of experience in project management within the automotive commercial industry. Candidates with experience exclusively in manufacturing or product design profiles will not be considered. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
