Job Description Location: Europe-based position; preferred base in Spain, Italy, Romania, or Poland. Able to work locally and travel across European markets when required. Product Scope: Medium and low voltage transformers, compact substations, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed distribution transformers, and related electrical equipment. Target Customers: EPC contractors, renewable energy developers, electrical engineering companies, industrial clients, data-center clients, and local partners. Key Responsibilities Develop customers and project opportunities in Spain, Italy, Romania, Poland, and other assigned European markets. Build relationships with EPC contractors, developers, engineering companies, industrial clients, data-center clients, and local partners. Promote medium and low voltage transformers, compact substations, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed distribution transformers, and related electrical equipment. Track projects in solar, wind, energy storage, data-centers, industrial power distribution, and infrastructure sectors. Conduct customer visits, business communication, technical clarification, and quotation follow-up. Participate in bidding, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and project execution coordination. Coordinate with headquarters, technical, production, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Follow up on payment collection and maintain long-term customer relationships. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in power equipment sales, transformer sales, renewable energy equipment sales, or project-based business development. Experience with medium and low voltage transformers, compact substations, distribution transformers, switchgear, or renewable energy electrical equipment is preferred. Existing customer resources with EPC contractors, developers, engineering companies, or local partners in Spain, Italy, Romania, Poland, or other European markets are preferred. Professional proficiency in at least one local market language - Spanish, Italian, Romanian, or Polish - is required for customer visits, business meetings, negotiations, and email communication. Good English communication skills are required for internal coordination and international business communication. Strong customer development, project tracking, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Polish, or wider European power equipment market is preferred.
