The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a pro at collaboration, and someone who can learn, organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. The creation of the Mid-Market role for Brazil has a direct impact on consolidating Simetrik as the leading company in financial management and reconciliation in the Brazilian market. This role acts as a strategic accelerator to position Simetrik as a reference in the segment in the country, replicating and adapting the leadership already achieved in Spanish‑speaking Latin America and strengthening the traction the company has been building in Brazil. Additionally, the position contributes to the co‑creation of commercial and go‑to‑market strategies specifically designed for the dynamics of the Brazilian market, enabling a faster and more effective entry into the mid‑market segment. This includes adapting to the country’s regulatory, operational, and cultural particularities, ensuring a value proposition aligned with local needs and maximizing the speed of platform adoption. Overall, this role not only drives revenue growth but also reinforces brand positioning, market credibility, and the sustainability of Simetrik’s growth in Brazil. Key Responsibilities Serve as point of contact for specific customer account management matters. Work with existing clients and prospect Mid Market clients. Maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers. Support relationships of trusted advisors with key accounts and interested clients. Qualifications B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally). Knowledge and experience in articulating Sales methodologies such as Meddpicc and Command of the Message. Pro at collaboration and persuasion. Highly self‑motivated and passionate about continual progress and growth. Comfortable working with multiple remote teams. Fluency in written and spoken English.
