Qualitative Project Manager, Patient Centered Solutions IQVIA provides scientific services spanning clinical trials, real‑world evidence, and consulting across all areas of the product lifecycle. The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team leads the industry in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non‑drug interventions. Role Description As part of the Study Execution Team (SET), the Qualitative Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of all operational aspects of the data collection phase of PCS studies, which include a primary research phase. The project manager will be an integral member of study teams and will be involved in proactive project planning and take ownership of the management of study fielding. Responsibilities Own and manage the primary research process from determining feasibility through study closeout, including recruitment and overall execution plan, timelines and cost estimates. Review recruitment materials for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission and provide input on relevant operational aspects of the study protocol and other documents. Manage the recruitment process: secure recruitment partners, ensure all logistical pieces are in place, align with the project team on recruitment processes, conduct kickoff calls with vendors, and monitor recruitment to meet criteria and requirements. Manage programming and launching of online recruitment/interviewing materials, provide regular internal/external recruitment and project updates, work with vendors/sites to meet timing and quality standards, and ensure compliance with IQVIA requirements and SOPs. As needed: screen and schedule KOLs, patients, secure informed consent and diagnosis, coordinate transcriptions, honoraria payments, vendor invoicing, purchase order creation, contract facilitation, and partner set‑up within internal systems. Perform budget tracking: own financial tracking for out‑of‑pocket costs and billable time. Ensure all legal and fiduciary requirements are consistently met, including receipt of high‑quality deliverables, safeguarding against unnecessary expenses, and compliance with legal requirements.
