Position Overview We are looking for an execution-oriented and highly organized professional to support partnership onboarding, operational coordination, workflow management, and cross-functional execution across fintech and payments ecosystems. The ideal candidate should be structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes. This role will work closely with Commercial, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal teams across global markets. Key Responsibilities Partnership & Project Coordination - Drive end-to-end coordination of partnership onboarding and operational initiatives - Coordinate communication and follow-up across internal teams and external partners - Manage timelines, dependencies, onboarding requirements, and operational deliverables - Maintain clear operational visibility across onboarding pipelines and partnership workflows - Independently push execution and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders Process & Operational Management - Organize and maintain onboarding workflows, trackers, documentation, approvals, and operational processes - Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workflows - Help build scalable operational processes and internal systems for partnership management - Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization projects - Manage multiple operational initiatives simultaneously in a structured manner FI / Compliance Onboarding Coordination - Coordinate onboarding processes for banks, financial institutions, PSPs, payment partners, liquidity providers, and vendors - Follow up on KYB/KYC requirements, compliance documentation, agreements, and operational setup - Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure onboarding requirements are completed efficiently - Track onboarding progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolution Reporting & Operational Visibility - Support KPI tracking, dashboard management, and operational reporting - Monitor onboarding progress, transaction activity, operational metrics, and partnership status - Support management visibility across operational initiatives and partnership pipelines Market & Ecosystem Awareness - Monitor industry developments, market trends, competitors, and partnership ecosystems - Support mapping of providers, banking partners, payment rails, and regional operational infrastructure Requirements - 4+ years of experience in partnership operations, onboarding, project coordination, fintech, payments, treasury operations, or financial services - Strong operational execution and project coordination capabilities - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to independently drive cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments - Strong process management and workflow coordination abilities - Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments with changing priorities - Experience working with operational data, reporting, and dashboards - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills - Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, and project management platforms - Comfortable using AI productivity tools, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code workflow solutions - Basic technical mindset; ability to use AI tools, scripting, or lightweight automation to improve operational efficiency is a strong plus - Professional English proficiency is required, Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin proficiency is a plus Preferred Tools & Systems Experience with some of the following is preferred: - Jira, Lark - HubSpot, Salesforce - Notion, Airtable - ChatGPT, AI workflow & automation tools - Zapier, Make, Retool or similar workflow platforms Nice to Have - Experience in fintech, payments, banking, treasury, cards, FX, stablecoins, or digital assets - Understanding of financial institution onboarding and payment operations - Familiarity with KYB/KYC and compliance workflows - Experience working with regional or international operations teams - Familiarity with LATAM financial ecosystems and payment infrastructure - Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments
