About the Role As a Lead Generator, you will initiate contact with potential customers, understand their needs, and connect qualified leads with licensed agents who complete the insurance sale. You will communicate clearly across multiple channels and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with others, asking great questions, and supporting customers through their buying journey. What You’ll Do Communicate with potential customers to follow up on inquiries and interest in insurance. Identify customer needs and respond promptly, accurately, and professionally. Gather relevant information and document all interactions in internal systems. Transfer qualified leads to licensed agents for policy completion. Provide friendly, efficient customer support in every conversation. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask while working across multiple systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy with procedural tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, sales support, or call center environments. Benefits Paid training.
