*Only applicants with a resume in English will be considered* Position Overview We are seeking an IT engineer with more than 2 years of experience to support the information systems and infrastructure of our manufacturing operations in our SINBON family. This role bridges factory-level system support and headquarters IT collaboration, ensuring smooth daily operation, efficient problem-solving, and strong communication across departments. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote support for local factory users, troubleshooting and resolving daily system-related issues. Collaborate proactively with headquarters IT teams to ensure continuous and reliable operation of information systems. Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to meet user and production requirements. Install, configure, and update software, hardware, and networking systems. Monitor and maintain ERP, MES, and other production management systems to support manufacturing workflows. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Provide technical training and user guidance to enhance system understanding and usage efficiency. Maintain proper documentation of IT configurations, processes, and incidents. Communication with providers and inventory. Technical Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support , preferably in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with end-to-end manufacturing processes (design, production, procurement, and sales). Hands-on experience with production management systems such as ERP or MES. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud services (Office 365). Experience in server management (Dell, HP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with network devices (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet) is an advantage. Good command of English for both written and verbal communication with headquarters and international teams.
