The Team Our Financial Restructuring Advisory team is an established and high performing team within A&M Mexico with focus on all aspects of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives both in and out of bankruptcy or financial distress. We are looking to expand this team further by adding an experienced and highly Senior Accountant. How You Will Contribute Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and statements. Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. Assist with periodic audits and tax filings. Liaise with Accounts Payable, Billing, and other internal departments. Generate ad‑hoc financial and operational reports as needed. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. Track financial KPIs and budgets; deliver variance analyses. Review payments, payroll, social security, and taxes. Analyze costs, pricing, and unit‑level profitability. Coordinate with corporate, legal, audit firms, and external institutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of general ledger functions and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
